The Eiko UCM-type air filter unit provides safe and low running cost clean air to everyone, thanks to its excellent filtration characteristics and durability. The filter paper is a porous membrane with a uniform pore size made solely of PTFE (fluororesin). The bore size is 0.2 microns, ensuring complete filtration of particles and microorganisms from air and gas. The filter material is hydrophobic, repelling water and allowing only air and gas to pass through. The end caps are made of polysulfone, which has high heat resistance and can withstand repeated inline steam sterilization. There is no risk of the filter material delaminating and flowing out to the secondary side. The filter has a large filtration area and exhibits lower pressure loss compared to conventional types. Installation onto the housing is done via a twist lock, which is strong against back pressure, and the double O-ring design ensures complete sealing. (However, the UCMO1S and UCMO2S models do not have a locking mechanism.) All products have undergone integrity testing. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
